Samantha Hunte, a native of Cape Town, South Africa, discovered her passion for music at an early age. Deeply inspired by South African legend Jonathan Butler and global icons such as Sade, Erykah Badu, and Lauryn Hill, she developed a soulful sound rooted in R&B, Neo-Soul, Blues, and Jazz.

At 26, Samantha relocated to the United States, where she began connecting with musicians and building bands to perform throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Her exotic African-influenced vocals blend seamlessly with her love for R&B and Jazz, creating a sound that is both unique and captivating.

After taking a short break from performing to refocus, Samantha is now reintroducing herself with fresh energy, original music, and a powerful new direction. Backed by a team dedicated to her artistic and business growth, she is preparing to share her rebranded image and sound with audiences worldwide.

Expect Samantha’s electrifying blend of African roots, soulful R&B, and smooth Jazz to light up stages everywhere. Accompanied by her talented four-piece band based out of Houston, Texas, she is ready to take listeners on a musical journey like no other.
